Needing to replace a bent Subaru wheel, I first called Newville Auto parts, they found the wheel at B&H, Rockford. I called B and H, sent a picture to confirm. Jessie there was helpful and we texted back and forth to get the details right. Service, price and part all excellent.

Easy transaction, let me check the part before paying for it and pricing was lower than other yards in the immediate area too. Would definitely use them again if the need arises.

Called around looking for a motor for my daughters car was quoted ridiculous prices called BNH. They had a lower mileage motor in stock already pulled ready to go shout out to Mike who set me up with a shop to install it at hundreds of dollars less than the place I was gonna go!!! Very helpful, great service, great price. I was unable to find what I needed at any other salvage yard that I called. I am 2 hrs away and they were very helpful in making sure I was able to get what I needed quickly and easily.

Service is amazing and top notch. Prices are fair and reasonable. But it's the customer service that sets them apart. I've been known to drive several states to come here for parts I'm sure I could of found closer. But not near the same service and honesty.

Great experience. Called and they answered any questions I had. They pull the part for you and let you check it over to make sure you're satisfied.

Usually always have what I need, and are pretty helpful with me being not so car savvy. They always help me save money instead of just aimless spending on parts I don't need. Thanks guys!
